I just woke up this morning to find we had a blackout in the night and that the incubator was down to 20deg c when I’m came in again in the morning the eggs were on day 6. I touched the eggs and they are all stone cold 😫 is there any chance they will survive or will they all be dead?

I have had a similar experience with a broody going back to the wrong nest, and I would say do not give up! They may be fine. Especially since it's first week.
You think?
The incubator is back on an up up temp. I really hope your right I’ve had such bad luck with chicken eggs in the past.

DO NOT GIVE UP!!! <cheers :celebrate go babies go!!>

Hi! I have had a similar issue with my temp, I went from cold to way to hot & I still have very active development in my eggs, yes I lost a bunch, but if you give up then you’ve lost more. It is far better for the eggs to get cold than to get hot! Hatcheries do it & mama’s when they need to eat. 🙂

Give them a day to get back on track, then you can candle them which will give you a better idea & hopefully some smiles from the amazing things you’ll see in there!!:wee

Do not ever give up in anything, many baby chickies have had this problem and survived!

Keep 'em goin'! You'll know within a week (by candling) if you've got quitters or not. You'd be surprised at what a little egglet can survive!
