I lost 2 squabs to the cold last night. It is that time of year that if you have late nesting pairs. You may have to supply warmth to aid in their development. This worked for me in past years.

How cold are your overnite low temps now? We are in the 40s now. I have 2 that are about a a week old, parents not covering them at night and a single the same age who has mom keeping him warm.
 
It was in the low 30's below freezing.
My squabs had pin feathers on the verge of splitting the shafts another couple days and they would have been home free.
Sorry for your loss. :hugs Are you up to 60 birds yet? Fingers crossed mine feather out before it gets colder.
