Wyandotte
Cochin
Orpington
Plymouth Rock or Barred Rock
Sex Link
Rhode Island Red
Easter Egger
Ameraucana
Auracana
Any small combed breeds
Ducks
Cayuga
Muscovy
Rouen
Etc- all breeds are cold hardy excluding bantams like Call Ducks and Mallards
Others
Coturnix Quail
Pheasants
Peahens and Peacocks

My cochins do the best in cold weather, followed by my polish, sultan, and eggers. The smaller the comb, the better.
