Colder temps already?!

My. Chicks are one week old.in another month or so they should be fully feathered.the temp out side by then will probably be 20 - 30. Will they be good outside and in the coop or should I provide a heat lamp at first so they can go near it if. They need to.I want them to. Get used to the weather because new England winters can get pretty cold and snowy
