Collecting eggs while working full time

I have been working from home for the summer but will have to return September 5. I’m a little worried about how I will collect eggs since I will be away all day. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

A daily collection should be sufficient.
If the eggs are fertile, at high temperatures there may be some cell division but won't be very noticeable if eggs are collected and cooled each evening.

I collect the eggs when I do the evening chores usually around 5 o'clock. No worries.

Growing up on the farm we collected eggs once a day, after school or, in summer, late afternoon after they had all laid. If we had a broody hen, her eggs were marked and we took the others, they were still good to use.

I work from 7-4 Mon-Fri, in the morning before work I give fresh water, after work I collect all the eggs and give a container of wet mash, pick the garden, and start dinner, easy breezy

If she doesn't leave the nest 24/7 and is cranky.

I collect in the winter in the afternoon, after work, so as to minimize frozen eggs. I still get them sometimes.

There are a lot of different signs that a hen might be broody or might be thinking of going broody. My test if she is broody enough to deserve eggs is that she has to spend two consecutive nights on the nest instead of sleeping in her normal spot. I don't care what she does during the day, those are all signs she might be. One night on the nest is not enough, it has to be two consecutive.
