collecting fertile eggs

I sell hatching eggs but how do you sell hatching eggs from breeds that don't lay all the time like to get 6 or so to sell

One way would be to have more than 1 hen of than breed.

Thank you!!! And I do have 3 hens but they lay around 4 eggs a week all together but I can't just store those eggs to go into next week's because the hatch rate will go down

You would sell four at a time then if you want to sell a batch a week. I collect and set in ten day increments.

What kind of hens are they? What do you feed them?

They are modern game bantams and layer crumble with oyestershell

You only need oyster shell if you aren't doing layer feed. Since you have a rooster (I think), though, I would skip there layer feed and feed all flock since roosters don't need / shouldn't have layer and keep offering oyster shell.

I couldn't find much on that breed but I guess they are laying as expected so you'd either have to get more birds or collect for 10-14 days to sell larger batches.
