Collecting turkey eggs to hatch

So my 9 month old turkey is sitting on some eggs but the only sex i saw your have is the male stomp on her back around her shoulder blades. The heritage males stomp a lot on the ground attempting to have sex with my shoes or just stomping. She abandons the nest at night to rejoin the flock. Is it worth collecting the eggs and keeping them like on top of the fridge to incubate later. Thanks!

You need to collect them, put them in a cool shady spot, wait 7 days, put them in the incubator for 21 days and there you go!

Thank you. Well, i just cracked one open and there is no bull's eye but a half-circle on the yolk. So from what i described, i dont think the males are having proper sex with the hens yet...
