what color would I get if I breed this hen to a rooster in the color exchequer?
would I get kinda grey exchequer maybe or?

That color looks closest to Partridge I think.

No way of knowing for sure without knowing all the genetics that may not be being expressed.
You won't get an exchequer pattern. Most likely they'll be black maybe with some degree of leakage.
