I have a Wyandotte/Ameraucana cross. Will she lay blue eggs ? Green ? Any ideas ? I'm still pretty new to chickens, and just curious.

If it was a pure Ameraucana in the cross I would think she would lay green eggs. If if was an "Americana" (Easter egger) she could lay green or brown eggs.

Her Mom was a pure Ameracauna, and her Dad a Splash Wyandotte. She has her Dad's coloring with a beard. She is gorgeous.

Does she have a pea comb or single? If pea, more likely she will lay green. If single, more likely for brown.

Wyandottes have a rose comb, which might make it difficult to tell whether it is rose or pea comb (if it is a hybrid of both)...
