Color of Eggshells- From Red and Black Sex linked Hens?

Anyone know what color the eggshells would be from my red and black sex linked hens? I got my first egg today!!! Trying to id the mom

They are brown eggers, but anywhere in the range of brown shades is possible.

Thanks, sounds like all 3 (one's a RIR) will all have browns. It was delish! Very orange yolk like I've never seen!!!

have both breeds and both are brown egg layers--although the actual color varies from tan to dark brown from individual to individual. Nothing like a bright orange yolk that stands up high in the frying pan. Always seems a shame of over easy them.

Mine mostly lay cream/pinkish tan eggs, but I've got one who lays an almost terra-cotta colored egg.

I'm with Ariel301 - some of mine lay medium brown, light brown, and every once in a while I get a pink one.
