Yeah, that looks like Narragansett.
I don't think they are pure Narragansett but definitely some sort of Narragansett.
Yes, the more research I was doing the more I was thinking it was a variation of Narragansett but just can't figure out which one.

Try looking at Golden Narragansett.

Both look like hens to me.
 
They just don't look quite like the ones I've seen. Maybe they will as they get older.
Little late to the thread, both are definitely hens and I second (third?) to some sort of Narragansett. Golden Narragansetts in my experience are darker when they’re young and lighten up to be a bit darker than a regular Narragansett, so for now I would say these probably are just regular Narragansetts, not golden since these look pretty light coloured already. For reference a 4 month old golden Narragansett:
