Color

I am getting a small flock of guineas this summer. Was wondering if someone could tell me what all colors they come in I like a lot of variety and if you have keets or eggs to sell also. Thanks.
Check out this link to the list of colors available from The Guinea Farm. It lists/shows all colors/varieties of helmeted Guinea Fowl but the Cinnamons, and I also see that they do not sell/list Pieds in any color but pied Pearl Grey. I really wish Ralph would update the rest of his pics on this list, too, some are pretty horrible and do the colors no justice, lol.

The Guinea Farm sells both keets and eggs, and they will ship them. I only sell and ship my keets and eggs locally, within CA, because my flocks are not NPIP certified. CA has strict poultry laws pertaining to eggs, keets/chicks or adult birds coming or going across state lines unless the flocks are NPIP certified.

How do you tell a male from a female? I have 2(inherited) one white and one grey with spots. I would really love to get more!!

Hens make a two syllable sound that sounds like buck wheat or some say come back and others say butt crack lol. Hens generally have smaller wattles smaller cere and cask and a softer female appearance.

Haha well I haven't heard any butt cracks haha! My grey one has almond shaPed wattles and the white one had big round ones?? Maybe I can get some photos of them

Grey probably hen white rooster some lines you can go by wattles round large cupped wattles is usually a rooster but hens can get them as well. The two syllable is most accurate seperate them for a few minutes so the can hear but not see each other if you have a hen she will call my roosters only do the rata tat scream or other wise their tight lipped.

The grey one will peck and chase one of our roosters sometimes. I havent had any babies since I inherited them. I got them end of October begging of november. Also how long do they lay?(until what age)

They probably won't lay til spring most say April to sept seems to be average. Have they laid eggs before?

Idk I inherited them with some rescue chickens they were already grown don't know much about how old they are or if they have ever laid...
