HI Pozees,
I like the looks and the stuff I have read about Sussex but, willing to try any of the beginner breeds.

Did I miss a welcome to the Colorado thread? Its beginning to be hard to keep up!![]()
I stopped by the Colorado Springs free mulch pile on the way home from work yesterday and picked up 4 more large bags of mulch. When i say large, each of them ends up being around 100 lbs..... The entire flock management area is now covered in a layer of mulch! Way happy about this. less dust, less mud, and it looks nice too!
And then to top of the evening, Hanover girls (a 1A school, very small) beat Mesa Ridge girls JV (I think a 4A school) by 20 points! Hannah only ended up with 2 fouls and a bruised elbow. She got 2 points, 5 rebounds, an assist, and forced 3 turnovers. Not bad.
LOLHi Wendell, where exactly is the mulch pile? Do you bag it, or is it already bagged?
ETA~this question is what happens when I skip reading everything I missed and just start typing.![]()

The mulch is in a large pile. It is not bagged.
Take Fontenero and go East then turn south. Go about 500 yards and there it is!![]()
