Just got home from the Hanover vs. Cotopaxi Girls BB game. Hanover girls won 47-28!!!!!!!

The chicken tour went good this morning. They want 6 pullets when we hatch. They have Fountain city OK, and are awaiting their HOA approval. (not a fan of HOAs) Their kids did great with the chickens, and Abe behaved himself like a gentleman. With the egg order I got last night on our facebook page, we will be running our breeding pens non-stop for several months.
This is a good thing!

I ended up giving her $5 for the 18, I felt bad only paying $3.50!! She collected my eggs today when I called her so they are super fresh. Tell her who sent you . Maybe she will give me a discount lol.

i got 2 silkies in my batch and have been trying to read up on how to sex them. It sounds like its a giant pain to figure it out. lol. Has anyone had to sex silkies before? Any tips? They're only 2 - 4 days old right now, but you can't start looking for signs and/or doing research too early!

Just got back home from DUH. Really nice birds there. Didn't find what I was looking for though.
Called my feed lady and verified my order. Chicks by end of next week or the following week!

They are too cute when little! I don;t have a clue on how to sex them, until one of them starts acting like a roo.

Glad your chicken tour went well. Congrats on your non stop breeding of Doms for the next few months, nice that you will get your birds out into the community!
