Colorado is big Beth. How far east are you? I'm in Canon City, still eastern Colorado but I'm guessing you're further east.

Well, up here in the sticks, it is sunny and warm and absolutely beautiful. Melting the 7 inches of snow we got last night right away.

You know, that's what I don't get.....

Why is the Colorado Springs area considered southern Colorado? If you look at the map, it's really part of central Colorado.....

We ought to have Central Colorado, then north central, NE, Eastern, SE, etc. I think it would make more sense.


But then of course, politics in Colorado don't make much sense, especially recently....

Maybe they don't like the word central, has to be either north, south, east or west. As to politics, don't get me started....... Politicians are either bought, sold or owned!

Hi Folks,
I am in un incorporated Adams County with a broomfield address, I raise, LF Light Brahmas, Buff Laced, Gold Laced and Silver Laced Brahmas and for years now have free ranged my birds, but i am moving to parker on a dirt road, anybody Parker way have trouble free ranging because of predators?? Here my four dogs keep them at bay and my old Roosters and Hens are very Hawk concious and my great big brahma broodies will take on a hawk if they dare to go after their chicks. But i have seen a bunch of coyotes in the daytime out by the place i am going to buy. So any Parker folks with chickens can give me some input i would very much apreciate it.
