Wendy, what a beautiful harvest! I only grew a few things this year, but most did well. I am stewing tomatoes, making chile, and pickling jalapenos today. I also have a half dozen little eggplants I harvested yesterday, I need to figure out a way to preserve them, or else make some parmesan and then freeze it for later maybe. How do you store your squashes?Here is what I harvested today, still need to work at it tomorrow.
