I am by Pueblo, Colorado. I just got my first chickens and ducks and a goose this week. I look forward to reading more on this forum and I am so glad there are so many people from Colorado here!

Well done! Looks like you're gonna have a busy brooder the next few weeks!

Welcome to BYC!!! And yeah, so far, this thread has been busy with new people checking in and others who have been here a while sharing and connecting-- all great stuff. How old are your birds? Mine are a month old and are wonderful. They're well-behaved (is that possible for a chicken?) and they're growing really well. Can't wait to take them out to the garden this weekend to stretch their wings and legs.
Does anyone near the Springs have Cayuga ducks? I am seriously considering getting a pair (I may be crazy) but I would like to check them out first, and I would prefer to get them from a local either way. Help?
I have Welsh Harlequins if you can't find Cayugas. I have a hen on a nest right now. Melissa gets first choice if we have a successful hatch, but if she hatches half those eggs she stole, I will have plenty left over
I have Cayugas due to hatch May 2 and May 13. They're from good show lines. I'm way up north in Boulder County, but I could easily meet you in the south Denver metro area if you ever get up that way. Here's a couple of pics of the parent flocks.
Ha! Trying to get a good photo of black ducks at sundown doesn't alway work out too well.
