Cool. I need a cupola....But I need shingles for all the roofs more......Apparently we needed to make the shed take a bit longer LOL. Bob has now decided a cupola is a must. I know, easier now than later, and we can just cut the hole and frame it in and cover the hole after the roof is on. I'm sold. I know it's the best way to ventilate a peaked roof, and I'm on board. We have an old wooden louvered door that he wants to use, which seems like a great idea, just looking for advice if anyone has any. Seems like it should be fairly simple but I'm sure there are pitfalls. Framing the hole and building the box part I am pretty sure we can handle, but I'm clueless on how to build the roof part - they look like 4 triangles, is that all it is? I am sure Bob can figure it out, just thought I'd ask in case someone has built one and can help us avoid pitfalls.

Hi. Have not posted in awhile.
Our five hens year old hens are doing great so we decided to get five more chicks. Found a black australorp and 2 buff orpingtons yesterday between a day and a week old.
Just need 2 barred rock chicks to complete our flock. Would like unvaccinated chicks if possible and would like to find them soon so they are about the same age as our other babies.
Anyone know of any barred rock chicks around the Springs for sale? I have checked Craigslist, etc. Kiowa and Elizabeth country stores chicks are all vaccinated and am hoping to find some that haven't been.
Agrifeed won't have chicks till March and we are hoping to get them sooner. Thanks everyone.
Our older hens are Barred Rock, Buff Orpington, Black Australorp, Production Red, and an Easter Egger. The BR is the best layer of the bunch.
