Thanks. Glad you had a good time.It was a fantastic time. My son napped on the way home (which he usually doesn't do!)
We will be building a fabulous chicken launcher.
My favorite part was the class at the end!! Nothing better than a wet lab !! Thanks a billion Wendell. Your place is amazing.
I learned.... Why did the chicken cross the road?? To run away to Wendell's digs!!
Thay are great photos. Look for more on the ChickenFest thread and also on the Colorado Chickens FB page soon (probably this afternoon).I posted up some pics. on the chickenfest thread of the festivities from the fest. Take a look, you may find yourself...
LOL NICE!One of my Red Star Roos crowed this morning, when I was checking on the chicks (including my new little Orloffs). Scared the daylights out of all the other chicks. 4 weeks old. He let out a few more before I came inside, just to prove it was him. It is the most hilarious, pre-pubescent crow. But he's proud of it, just the same.

Thanks. Glad you had a good time.
Directions to make a chicken launcher: Get some rubber chickens. Get a water balloon launcher. Make a frame from scraps and attach it to a re-purposed pallet. Get a ladder to retrieve the rubber chickens from the roof.....
