Colorado

New member here, from Grand Junction! I have had chickens most of my life and am just now starting up a new mixed flock. I have 11 chicks- easter eggers, barred rocks, rhode island reds, wellsummers, and one fayoumi. I just ordered some coturnix quail eggs from a BYC member, and I can't wait to start incubating!!!

Welcome! I am glad that we are getting a more rounded CO site. Now we can have a week long Coop tour!!!!!!!

What a beautiful day today! I don't want to come back inside! I let the chickens out and just sat in the yard watching them and the other animals. Our bunny cracks me up not leaving the side of our cochin, and I found the cat in the nest boxes again today. Silly cat!

I went to record temps and humidity in my bator this morning and found this
700

This is the rir egg from suncatcher. We have at least 4 or 5 more that have pipped.

That is very adorable :)

I had 11 pipped this morning when I left for work, one was almost fully zipped in fact - hatch day is tomorrow, but some of the Colorado Mayahns are in a hurry to hatch!
