Colorado

I know there's been talk on here about meat processors. Thought I'd post a link I just found that lists the ones that have been inspected by the state.
Unfortunately they don't say which animals they do, but these are all ones that "process domestic livestock and / or wild game animals for the animal's owners."

ETA: A "True" in a license type column denotes the license category held by that processor. Firms with a "True" for "USDA Official" or "Processor" may process domestic livestock and wild game and may also provide mobile slaughter services. A license of "Mobile" denotes a firm that is only licensed for mobile slaughter and no other processing. A license for "WG" may only process wild game.

Figured I would post here our want list to get eventually.
Let me know if you breed any of these or know someone that does. We are looking for pullets unless otherwise noted.

gold brabanter
BCM
Turken
Dark cornish (roo)
GLW

I think I have a trio of creams (suspect my 3 week old is a roo) and 2 goldens that I don't know yet. Goal is to breed next year. If nothing else I should have eggs in the spring.
