Judi, how in the world do I cancel my Buy Sell Trade listing? I can't start another til I close the first one, and I can't figure it out.

LOL. Your mention of Rhubarb Cake has caused quite the stir! I had to look up a recipe and made one last night. Had Rhubarb Cake and coffee for breakfast. YUM!This is the one that I made. Pretty tasty! - even if you leave it in the oven a bit too long because you are out playing baseball with the kids and your son in charge of watching the oven forgets to tell you that the timer went off....caramelized the top a wee bit.![]()

Glad you all like cake and eat it too! At least it sounds healthy. I am trying to listen to KBCO online and it keeps getting interrupted with tornado warnings. Not good!I hope everyone has a safe afternoon. The sun is out here again after a quick rain. Nothing like what is happening on the plains.![]()
How about dandelion cookies?
Thanks Judi, I'm not keeping them out there in the winter. Just until the Fall. I'll add three more and see how they do. I think it will be OK as long as there aren't too many rain days. I am amazed at how little the 5 out there eat now. Almost nothing. I keep thinking they don't like the food. I'll even bring them scratch and they hardly touch it.
The rain is headed our way. I can see it coming from the west.
Have you tried walls of 'wall-o-water' Margie? I work on a farm and we use them by the 100's. We wouldn't get heirloom tomatoes without them, Colorado season is too short with out the WOW. Jax's has them for about $3 each. We plant tomatoes the first week of April in WOW. We put bamboo stakes inside the WOW, like a tepee, to hold them up under the snow loads. You could have planted your tomatoes and pepper out in April or May and they would be going strong. One year I planted pumpkins in WOW in May so we would win the biggest pumpkin at the Fair in Longmont![]()
