My advice is to not hesitate. Find a method that you think you can pull off and are comfortable with. My preferred method is tree loppers; it's much easier.

Well I'm at that point. It's time to butcher the extra roosters.

Simla Meat Locker. I have been told they have a several week waiting time, but that was in the fall, so they may be shorter scheduled now, especially for small orders. My co-worker uses them for his meat birds.

I found out there is supposed to be a critter swap this Saturday at the Big R on hwy 24. I'm planning to be there.

double check the facebook page- I believe they are planning to do the first swap on March 3rd.

The first Kiowa swap is on Sunday March 3rd. The first Falcon Big R swap is Saturday the 2nd.

I believe they decided not to do any in the month of February because of weather.
