So, has anyone seen this?

Front range is offering backyard chicken keeping classes and backyard goat keeping classes. they are "Enrichment" classes, no credits, but a chance to see a backyard barnyard and to hold a chicken or feed a goat and watch a demonstration milking. Any thoughts? I'm thinking about doing the Goat one just because we are planning on raising goats as well as sheep and having that kind of knowledge, knoledge, ah hell that kind of learning might be kinda good

Anyways, just thought I'd see what ya'll thought about this

Our milk goat just dried up (we're hoping she's preggers) or I would offer to show you our set up and how to milk. Keep me in mind. I'll post when/if our goats have babies. We have 1 nubian, 2 nigerian dwarf (mini) and a wether but he doesn't count!

Anyone is invited to see our set up and milking stanchion, etc. anyway. Just let me know.

I would be more than interested, if you had fainters

I'm thinking about doing fainting goats, mainly because they should do well in our weather, and they are on the not as many list

(thats the official term, the "not as many" list

I have a nigerian buck and a half fainter/nigerian girl on her first freshening. baby is 1 mo old today. But I'm just learning as I go.
This baby is 3/4 fainter so I'm hoping he may have the trait.

I have a young blue orpington rooster available. He was hatched from bamachicken line eggs that I got from taterchickens. He is still maturing and growing his "man feathers" I will sell him for $15 and the price is negotiable to a good home. I would prefer him to go to someone from on here but he has to go soon.

Hi everyone,

I have a aracauna mix rooster that I'd like to give away. Got him from a man in Golden...I'm new to this so I'm not sure what you might like to know about him. Got him a few months ago. He was supposed to be a pullet but he is growing up a rooster. I really can't keep him due to the small yard and noise, so was wondering if anyone would like him. I'll try to figure out how to send you a pic if interested. Very handsome fella but I really am new to this. Rumpy roo with ear muff I think is what you call it. I'll try to paste his pic below from in the coop with my brahmas.

Cheers!
Stacy
