Hmm. I'm not sure how it works either. I'm in Parker but on the Elbert County side, so it's a little different. No HOA, and I have 5 acres zoned for residential agriculture so I think I can have a maximum of 15 poultry and/or fowl, roos included.
It's a hot one out there today! I'm running myself ragged checking on the girls in their coop. Maybe not the best for their first full day outside to be a 99 degree day, but they need to be outside. I'm just about out of brooders big enough for them and can't handle the indoor mess anymore. Grateful that I have a few vacation days this week so I can be home to check in on them!
