It is raining absolute barrels here right now and for the last 5 minutes. While I, personally, am delighted about it, (Oh my garden is in heaven) I am worried about the people near the burn zone. Did you see the flood damage from yesterday? This can't help.
Have to say my chickens aren't too excited either, but I bet they're glad I put the tarp down over their very large screened front yesterday.

They sell food grade DE (as well as flour and organic meat products). We've been out to their farm. They have over 120 chickens; pigs and horses, too! Last time I bought from them the chick starter (the most expensive stuff) was .80 cents a pound. Layer feed is pretty well priced around .50 cents a pound (tests around 17% protein). Slightly more expensive than the stuff you buy at feed stores but totally worth it!
