There is only the one in that pic. By the time I got the camera they were all in hiding. I have to sneak over to get the pics and snap them within twenty seconds of opening the door or all babies vanish.
One Silkie hatched, looks black but is the most hidden of the four. I am guessing it is mottled; the lady who sold the eggs to me said she had a mottled roo and a splash roo over partridge hens. I will try and get a pic of her later but the only reason I know she hatched is that she was clumsy enough that she fell out from under mamma-Summer when she hatched. It was about 95 out so no real worries about her getting cold.
That's one of the few good things about the heat. No need for a heat lamp! I've got some meaties brooding in my garage and they're two weeks today, I was able to take away the light three days ago because it stays so warm in there.
