Colored Egg June Adopt-An-Egg Hatch Along!

My eggs are set to ship & be picked up next week! I am setting 18 eggs, for an educational experience for DS! (& for fun )

From Meyer I am getting:
6 CCL
3 EE
3 OE
From a local farm I am getting:
6 EE/OE BYM eggs (rooster has blue egg gene)

I added 6 local eggs in case shipping goes bad…want to have at least a few chickies hatch!

I have had so much fun watchingother adopt-an-egg threads, so hopefully some of you will want to join in our fun!

Plan on: candling pics every few days, lots of questions (especially about shipped eggs), and lovely chick pics once the hatch is over! Assuming I get the eggs by the 27th, I’m going to set them on the 28th for a hatch date of June 18.

Edit: I wanted to add in a few brown laying, heavy bodied, docile breed chicks for my FIL, so I added 3 Buff Orpington eggs to my Meyer order! They ship Tuesday!
