What breed of rooster is this? Is it a colored egg layer rooster?

I want to possibly breed Easter eggers and olive eggers using my prairie bluebells, starlight green eggers, and this rooster. Do you think that would be possible?

Adopted this chick from TSC at 2-3 weeks old. He had a beautiful speckled wing pattern and a blue beak as a chick. Grew into a dark red rooster with dark black/green iridescent tail. Body red color is mottled with light and dark red, some speckles / banding? still evident at the tips of the primaries which are generally not visible. Some black on his primaries, and some specks of white at the ends (hidden). Yellow legs and feet. 17-18 weeks old and no spurs yet. He crows once a day at 5:30am, only four times in a row, and has shown no aggression that I'm aware of towards people. Generally gets out of humans' way. Will allow himself to be handled with a minimum of fuss, although he doesn't care for it. Eats all the treats first himself, but doesn't go after the hens and isn't a bully. Isn't mating anyone yet that I know of. My hens are all 18-20 wks and younger - no eggs yet. A previous poster suggested Green Queen rooster, but it doesn't look like any pics I find online, for any breed, so I'm really confused.

Pictures at 2-3 weeks, 7-8 weeks, and 17-18 weeks.

Shocking transformation. He was a strange chick. The blue skin and light pattern really look like a silkie x chick.

Yea, really the strangest thing. He still has a blue beak (very dark blue now) and blue toenails. I swear he comes from a hatchery (although I don't know which one - one that supplies TSC), so that's one reason I'm so confused - if he was a known barnyard mix, it wouldn't be so surprising.

Is RIR a Rhode Island Red? Cause he doesn't look like them to me. They have that really dark beautiful red color, but they don't have a lot of black in their body and wing feathers like he does and the dark and lighter red body/back feathers. He also has white down under all of that close to his body. His body and butt feathers are red or red/black (dark brown?) on the end, but white at the beginning.

That is not a Rhode Island Red. Likely a Starlight Green Egger :)
I guess we'll see what kind of chicks he makes. I hope he's a colored egger. I have blue egg laying chickens (Prairie Bluebells) and would like to breed babies that lay blue as well as olive and green. If he's RIR I won't be getting any blue eggers, but if he's a SGE or something, maybe I can get some blue eggers out of him.
