Colour Genetics of my Rooster

I was wondering if anyone could help me list my Pekin Roosters colour characteristics?

I have narrowed down the obvious ones that he is blue (Bl bl) and Barred but I was curious as to his base colour?

I am curious to hear what those of you with more genetic experience think

I will say Birchen is most probably his base color -ErEr, But there is chance him being not pure Ere-, or even Black with leakage.
