Columbian Wyandotte Frost Bite

I posted previously about my 3 month old Columbian Wyandotte having black feet and diagnosed it as Frost Bite. One finger fell off while the others look like they are about too..
I have kept her in a large dog crate in my basement to keep her out of the cold and away from the others...am I able to bring her back into the coop now? My concern is that, I don't want her to get picked on and I also don't want any infection. Thoughts?
