Comb Already?

I have a 17 week old leghorn that i thought for the longest time was a rooster but its a hen with a huge comb

Yes, leghorns have huge combs whether boys or girls compared to other breeds. I think leghorn females have the biggest comb of any female, lol, but I can't tell if roo or female this early in development in leghorn chickens...I would say there's still a good chance that these are hens, their combs aren't THAT red

I read how to tell by the feathers..lol but my girl has long tail feathers and her wing feathers cover her butt... (with a big red comb)
