So I have a hen that was feather picked a couple of weeks ago. Afterwards she didn't act normal and I realized that she had a sour crop. I've been treating her for that and her crop feels much better, but her comb and waddle are still pale and shriveled. I'm still feeding her yogurt, whey, egg yolk, acv water, and she has started to eat some mash. Is the comb and waddle like this bacause she's still not completely healed or is there something else going on to? Could it be that she's just not eating and drinking enough yet? The comb has improved since her crop has improved, but not the waddle. It's only been 3 days that I've been treatinging her for sour crop.

You may not have given her enough time -- or enough regular feed yet. I'd probably give some meat rather than the whey and yogurt at this point. It wouldn't take much for one chicken, I wouldn't think, maybe one good human bite of a hamburger or pork chop or whatever, each day.
