I was watching amber one of my hens dust bath and I noticed that her comb and waddle were more purple. Is something wrong? I don't have a picture of her before her skin color changed. But it was a skin color not purplish.

That looks more like aging/bleaching or poor circulation. Unless it's been very cold and moist where you live, it's not possibly frost bite.

This however is frostbite for future reference

Frostbite is usually black on the comb. That looks like either nothing or a circulatory issue. I have a RIR whose comb will just turn purple from time to time. She's perfectly fine.
