Yeah, I am new to chickens but that doesn't look normal to me either. Other than walking sort of oddly and trying to keep everything on her right, she seems to do okay. Not going to mess with it unless it seems to be threatening her well-being.That really is a wonky comb.

Scissor beak is a skeletal malformation that happens during embryo development and can indicate that there are other issues that are less apparent, am guessing this is related.(This is also my poor little girl who has a mild scissor beak.)
