Comb spots what is it?

Can't see the picture, but what colour are the spots? It could be frostbite.

The two main causes of spots on a comb are peck marks (usually jet black) and fowl pox. Try again on posting your picture. Here is some reading with good pictures about fowl pox:

It looks more like either pecking or insect bites. It should heal in a couple of weeks, but make sure the chicken is not being picked on.
