Comb torn & bloody

I don't really think that injury is very severe. Chickens get that stuff all the time. Pecking order changes all the time. With only 3 birds, there are only 2 for each of them to focus on. I tend to think that problems are fewer with many more chickens. 3 is a really tiny flock size which tends to put a magnification on flock dynamics.
Combs get injured and they recover easily. Combs and wattles aren't like normal skin. The blood vessels are right at the surface. Those body parts are how they regulate body temperature. If you were to massage a comb, you can get blood to come to the surface so any minor injury will bring blood.
If you want to do something with it, rinse it with saline solution. Then perhaps some betadine. Personally, I just let them heal on their own.
If they continually get picked on, the problem may be there isn't enough space and distractions.
