I am new at raising chickens and one of our six little girls Combs is not coming in. She is almost two months old and her comb looks red and chapped. We got one other check the same time as her and her comb has already come it as well as all of our other chickens. To me this seems very wrong and it doesn't seem normal but touching it it doesn't seem to cause her any pain. There is no blood on her face and it doesn't seem like anyone is picking at her. If anyone has any suggestions or any tips or comments or any help it would be greatly appreciated! https://goo.gl/photos/d44D2T4txTHor9Je7 I hope you can see the picture.

I'd suggest that it is simply a different type of comb. Whilst many breeds have a typical single comb, this looks like a breed that has a different kind of comb (can't remember the terminology for that kind of comb - cushion / rose?). I'm sure others will be along to provide further input - but it looks normal - just different from what you may expect IMO.

ETA: this article should help explain

Thank you so much. I did some more research and that comb type is normal for my little gal.
