Combining sizes

When I tried to put my bantam silkies in the coop with my standards, the bantams got chased around so much I was worried they weren't able to get any food or water. Do you think it's okay to put them together?

I had to separate mine due to the standard hens pecking the toe feathers of the silkies. It was sad. They are all happy now though. Still separated, however.
