Oh yeah he has been reported. Not that I think it will do much (we are talking about Comcast after all) but he has been reported.

Actually, my local Comcast people are great. Nice, polite, professional, efficient, the works. It's DirectTV that I have had all manner of trouble with.

If I can't get my current disagreement with DirectTV dealt with in a fair manner, y'all will have to hear a LOT of crankiness about them.

Comcast is waaaaayyyyyy better around here.
