first... WOW NZ... how i wish i could look outside my window and see my dog napping with a sheep next to him... i know that i will never be able to have such an awesome farm like you do... you are living one of my dreams... kudos...

and here's my boy buddha... not a farm dog, but an urban chicken back yard mini farm dog... LOL... he's an 8 year full blooded old american pit bull terrier... i say full blooded because everyone around here is mixing their pit bull terriers with other dogs to make them look bigger/stockier... i'm not into that... i love my boy buddha, and he's the smartest laziest dog on the planet... LOL...

Ricca and the baby Annabelle don't really care. Ricca has this new thing where she'll charge the chickens, one time because she knows it's wrong, to watch them scatter. Then she won't do it for another day. I think it's squirrel frustration coming out, she wants a squirrel REAL bad.

This is my Sadie Mae w/Lilly

This is Oinkers. He is also a protector on the farm.

Lilly is more of a couch potatoe than a work pig lol

All of our dogs think they are lap dogs, from the smallest to the largest.

Here is Ireland. He's our Irish Wolfhound. He is wonderful with the chickens. We had to have a heart to heart talk when I caught him trying to pluck the tail feathers from one of our roosters. He's never tried to touch any of them since.

Our English Mastiff Skaha...

The only time she acknowledged that the chickens existed is when they were trying to eat her food, then she chased them away. They could walk across across her as she slept. (She passed away a few weeks ago.)

Lily, our English Bulldog/Lab mix. She is kind of scared of the chickens..and everything else including the dark, the wind, blowing leaves, water...

Here she is looking ferocious.

Willow, our Shih Tzu, he rules the roost. He is our Alpha male.

AND my shadow.

He is also the father of Bindy and Sia. They are Poo-Chin/Shih Tzus. Otherwise known as the demon sisters. The tiny dark one terrorizes the chickens. She loves nothing more than to run through a big group of them and watch them scatter. Then she comes trotting back to us with a HUGE smile on her face. She is a brat.

Ivy, being "mauled" by the Wolfhound/Mastiff puppies. She thought the puppies were hers.

She is also the mom of Bindy and Sia.
