I’m making you breakfast. No need to complain.

I like Dutch Baby. Some is in the oven right now. I make it 3-4 times a week. (Even though it’s probably not the healthiest food)

It has 2 tbsp of sugar for a 9 by 13 inch pan, but you can omit the sugar. And you don’t have to add the sugar on top.

Perfect temp, ranging from 40-55. I wish it was a bit colder though. And rainy.

I tried a dry mealworm the other day. It was rather plain tasting, though flaky like a croissant. Needed some salt.

Hey, everybody! How's it going!

So, as some of you may know, Max's hormones have started kicking in. Thankfully, he hasn't tried attacking me. But, he has been nasty to some of the younger pullets.

Anyhow, I've been somewhat separating him. But, tonight I put him in the yard/pasture with the two Columbian Wyandottes. He was tidbitting and even dancing a bit (dropping one wing lower). So, praise the Lord that so far, he's doing okay! Hopefully he turns out great!
