I do still occasionally give it to them in the winter before bed to help them stay warmer but try not to in summer especially with free ranging

While we’re on the topic, I would love using Nutrena (my feed store doesn’t carry it, though TSC does, but I’m not a big fan of TSC) so I use Purina. About 50-60 dollars including the taxes, for 100 #, which is SO much cheaper than the Scratch And Peck Organic Layer Feed (which I used before) but that would be about 150 a month, a bit on the pricier side.

I like the Purina but it sales out faster then the Nature wise. Does Nutrena have All Flock? I have to watch my turkeys calicum intake so I stopped using layer feed.

I have to buy 3 - 4 bags at a time now because the feed store can't keep up with the demand on the All Flock. Plus I get 3 of them feeder blocks for chickens. Everyone loves them.

I've seen that one before I love it. We will be in the car and I will randomly be like THOSE PEOPLE HAVE CHICKEN!!! and then start listing the breeds I saw

I have 8 chicken mutts that just turned 2wks today.
Is it to soon to try and get themed sexed? If it is how long should I wait? They are due to go to their new home August 11th, but the people only want pullets.

Combs sometimes are red at that age.
Gender specific feathering doesn't show up until twelve weeks tho.

I also have ten, week - week and a half old golden phoenix chickens that I need sexed at some point (all pullets will stay with me as well as one roo if there is one)
I have two other birds I want sexed as well, I need to double check their ages though.
