Seriously though. I get so jealous of the people who don’t get cramps, or who’s periods only last 3-5 days. On day 8 right now, and I imagine I have about six days left.

Heating pad or warm bath, and some pain meds! Also try and not have any sugar, and drink lots of water.

There are birth control pills out there that can be taken to reduce menstrual cycle stuffs.

I guess that’s a good idea... though would it attack the chickens? We had an outdoor cat for a while who would kill mice and such, but then she decided she wanted to be an indoor cat. (She’s super old anyway, 18 years)

Get a kitten and raise it with the chickens. it should be fine
