I do love Moana! The story is incredible! The music is spectacular! And IT HAS A CHICKEN!

I do agree. Disney princesses aren't really my cup of tea. Beauty and the Beast is probably my favorite classic princess, but Ariel is my favorite princess.

I liked Tangled okay too, but really loved the fact that Moana didn't end with everything being okay because she married a big strong man. Moana ended with a girl who achieved her goals and didn't settle for anything less than her dreams.

We may or may not have a bantam rooster who is named after Hay Hay from Moana...who may or may not actually eat rocks. He’s very special.

I also completely agree with you! I loved how this story proves that girls can get anything done and usually do it well, without a man to protect her.

I like Brave, I really do; a Scottish girl who’s trying to be her own person in a world where women are basically owned and the mother who’s trying to care for her is an outstanding idea. I personally didn’t like that it switched from Merida trying to be a strong, individual woman who wishes to find her own way in life to finding a way to cure her mother from turning into a bear. To me it seems like it should be two different stories. I’m really trying not to hate on it. I would have like to see two different movies with those ideas.

I do love Brave too! So I guess I'll say I like the modern Princesses way better than classics (with the exception of Frozen, hate it with a passion.) But I still love the classic animal moves above all others.

Wait when did the Aladdin one come out!? I didn’t even know that one was out! I’m gonna have to watch it!

Really! Beauty and the Beast has been my favorite live action so far. Not been a fan of many of the other ones. Also the Lion King remake severely disappointed me. I may even go as far as to say it would have been better of they didn't do one at all - and that hurts to say considering I have been a HUGE Lion King fan for over 12 years and it has been my favorite movie since I first saw it.

I do have a question that I could probably google, so I’m sorry(please don’t send me a “let me google that for you link). I know the Samoyed people are still in Russia. We’re they prevalent in Norway too?

I don't believe there are many Samoyed people in Norway as of now, but I do think that they populated Norway quite a bit a while back....if that was what you were asking?

They also changed each line by like one word. I know every line in the original by heart, and it hurt to hear a few words changed in each line. They should have changed it up more.

Ahh! I’m on season...5ish? I can only watch it either when we’re pet sitting or when our friends are watching. No electric so no tv. I do miss Netflix.

We stopped too, obviously I guess. Does Russo (I think that’s the name) get any better? He’s been growing on me, but it’s a hard act to follow Gideon.

And Rossi? I like him! Though I totally know what you mean about it being hard to follow Gideon because I really loved Gideon! I still miss him but I think Rossi does a good job.
