all of my chickens come from TSC. We cant have 15+ chickens that places like Hoovers and Murray Mc Murray insist, and theres no local hatchery.. we did what we had to do to get chickens

I have a feeling when she gets a big older shes going to fight the big girls for head of the flock. She is REAL spicy and real dominant. She wants to be in charge and she's fearless. She WILL peck the big girls back for pecking on her.

Are you positive she’s not laying? If your not, many will put a drop of food coloring on the vent and whatever eggs have that color were laid by that chicken. Or there’s also always the pelvic bone test.

Yep, I personally did get both my babies from reputable breeders.

I think it’s pretty obvious I do like golden doodles.

However what I DONT like is backyard breeders or people who buy doodles and breed them just to make a quick pot of money.

me too, it just sucks that goldendoodles, labradoodles, labs, goldens, gsds, etc.. are all frequent victims of BYB's.. (all breeds are, but these are most common). whats worse, is that the owners of these breeds think its fine! noo.. its not fine.. get a dog from a reputable breeder or rescue, please!

Yeah, it’s really sad! Don’t even get me started on GSDs hahah so many BYBs in those or people breeding aggressive and nervy ones! I’ve even seen some Craigslist Malinois recently and that especially is a huge no no I hope they at least screened owners and didn’t just give them to anyone haha

As long as they are reputable and not just in it for the money, I’m good with most things haha some are just ridiculous though!

And I’m not sure if the owners think it’s fine or they just don’t know?

all of my other chickens are supposed to lay brown eggs, it would be very obvious if she laid. She squats, but no egg song.I thought maybe she's laying them in the yard, so I locked them up, no eggs inside. No eggs in the yard from what I can tell, either. We have cameras in the back and I've studied all the footage for a sneaky Clairee.. just no eggs
