Is your heat lamp too low? Low heat lamps can cause this.

I don't have a thermometer, But the room is usually 72-74 F

They most likely burnt themselves on the heat lamp. If the lamp is out now or higher up, they should heal just fine.

Thank y'all so much, I've been worrying a lot lol. I'll find a better place for it, I've been rubbing vaseline over the burns too.

Neosporin without pain meds in it or another antibiotic ointment would be better.
