Get a thermometer and take the temperature.They do have a heatlamp, it has never fallen, they have never touched it. I think its too lowww
Thats what I told them earlier.Is your heat lamp too low? Low heat lamps can cause this.
I don't have a thermometer, But the room is usually 72-74 FGet a thermometer and take the temperature.

They most likely burnt themselves on the heat lamp. If the lamp is out now or higher up, they should heal just fine.
