Today it was 35 in the morning a I went out to feed all the animals in shorts and a T-shirt

Thats the spirit! Most of the time I think coats are to time consuming as well. Chickens really have the right idea.

It's what I grew up in. I have lived in Washington for two years, but still have not acclimated to the Arctic weather.

I wouldn't *quite* say arctic. Chilly, maybe.

I'd much rather wear a bunch of layers than be too warm.

Also... I love going outside in the snow, barefoot.

How is everyone doing with this rain? I'm higher up, but it seems like lots of places are flooded.

In a near by area, a friend of a friend had to be rescued from their flooded house by a tractor! The town was flooded with 3 feet of water.
My ducks are loving it haha, the chickens not so much. Two of which are going through a rough molt. The river avoided our yard, but we still got some mini streams for sure.
