Trying to figure out if I can chill a pie in the fridge rather than the freezer....
The recipe says freezer, but thats not gonna work for make ahead.
Otherwise, doing well!
@Lemon-Drop, I know you bake a lot, what do you think? I'd normally not worry about it, but am concerned about soggy crust.....

No problem, I might just use a different curst recipe and let it set like I would normally do it. I bet it will be fine.

I'm excited to make it, I'm going for Paleo since I just came off Whole30, and am looking for a healthier option. I'll tell you how it turns out!
