I really like the layout. It looks very professional.
I would suggest choosing one font for the entire site and sticking to it, for the most part.
If you want to look like a more legitimate online sales business, you should make a .PDF of your order form and have a link to it on your site so that folks don't have to call you to get a form e-mailed to them. I wouldn't be inclined to call a website owner to do that; I'd be more interested in taking care of everything myself, especially if it was late at night. It would also be worth your time to set up a shopping cart system and have checkout be PayPal, then get your site security verified.
To be completely honest, because your site is lacking these things, I'd be more likely to order from someone else where I could use my credit card securely, order, and "get it over with." The easier shopping is for your customers, the more likely you'll get people to shop at your site.
